Redevco UK has acquired 4/5 Lochside View on Edinburgh Park in the west of the city from Merrill Lynch Investment Managers for £16.21m.
The 53,000 sq ft building is let to Oracle, Convergys and construction group WSP. The deal reflects a net initial yield of 6.1%.
King Sturge advised Redevco while the vendor was represented by Montagu Evans and Jones Lang LaSalle.
