Redland to announce buyer for its brick businesses
Redland expects to announce a buyer for its UK brick business within the next four weeks. The company’s radical restructuring plans will see the transfer of its western European roof tile operations, including its large UK business, to Braas, a German subsidiary, in return for cash and shares.
