Housebuilder Redrow Homes has announced a 36% increase in turnover to £573.3m for the 12 months to 30 June 2002.
The developer said that operating profit had risen by 18% from £79.5m to £94.1 with earnings per share up 34% to 38.5p.
Redrow’s dividend per share has also been raised by 10% to 6.06p. Its land bank has increased to 15,600 plots, compared to 14,300 in June 2001.
The company ascribed faster growth in Scotland and Yorkshire to its acquisition of Tay Homes in January.
