Redrow has confirmed it has sold its interest in One Commercial Street, E1, for £46.8m.
The housebuilder said it had accepted a unconditional offer for the development from US fund Angelo, Gordon.
It comprises a mixed-use building with shops, 100,000 sq ft of offices and flats on the floors above.
The legal completion is due to take place on 28 November.
