Regal Homes has appointed Steve Harrington as planning director and Ben Marsh as land director.
Harrington was previously a director at DP9 and before that a consultant at GVA. He has previously worked on such high-profile schemes as Wood Wharf, Elephant & Castle Town Centre and Old Oak Common. He will be oversee Regal’s planning applications from the initial feasibility and pre-application stages through to securing planning permission.
Marsh joins from Crest Nicholson where he was development director with responsibility for purchasing development opportunities in London. He was previously at Berkeley Homes.
