Regal Property Group has submitted a planning application for a luxury residential scheme in Birmingham’s Southside.
It has proposed 154 flats in a 28-storey tower at 31-33 Essex Street, on the corner of Bristol Street.
The scheme comprises a mix of one, two and three-bedroom flats for private sale, with a rooftop garden, gym and sky cinema, designed by Glancy Nicholls architects.
Development director Mark Holbeche said: “As a developer we have had great success at The Bank, which has acted as a catalyst for the residential regeneration currently taking place along Broad Street, and we’re planning to create a similarly positive impact in the city’s Southside district.”
