Regency Glass relocates to Indurent Park Trident

Regency Glass has moved into a newly built industrial and logistics space at Indurent Park Trident in Warrington. The manufacturer of insulating glazing units will occupy 125,000 sq ft of space across two warehouses on a 15-year lease. The development features BREEAM Excellent and EPC A certifications.

Indurent Park Trident sits in Birchwood, providing easy road connectivity to nearby consumer catchments, as well as access to national customers, with Manchester a 30-minute drive to the east, and Liverpool less than a 45-minute drive to the west.

Hannah Bryan-Williams, senior customer and leasing manager at Indurent, said: “We have a long-standing confidence in the strength of this submarket and the appeal of the estate, and have invested in upgrading Indurent Park Trident, working closely with local stakeholders to deliver sustainable, efficient space that supports local business growth and employment.”

CBRE acted for Indurent, while Knight Frank acted for Regency Glass in the transaction.
