Pub group Regent Inns is poised to dispose of up to a quarter of its 80 pubs as it seeks growth from a 50-50 venture with Jongleurs, the comedy venue chain.
Regent will spend £4m on new sites in east London, Oxford, Leicester, Southampton, Watford, Nottingham and Lincoln.
