The Crown Estate is putting the finishing touches on the £300m restoration of the Regent Palace Hotel, off Piccadilly Circus.
The West End of London property includes among the mix a variety of retail tenants, and 200,000 sq ft of office space spread across seven floors above the shops. One of the corners of the building has been turned into nine apartments, all of which have been pre-let for rents ranging from £800 to £1,400 a week.
