Regional REIT has let 44,245 sq ft at Norfolk House, Birmingham to the Global Banking School.
The regional office specialist said the private higher education provider will pay £840,991 pa for the previously vacant grade-A office space, on a 15 year lease with a break after 10 years.
GBS currently has eight campuses in London, Manchester, Birmingham and Leeds.
The 115,780 sq ft Norfolk House on Smallbrook Queensway comprises 89,681 sq ft of offices, with the remainder retail space.
