Regional REIT has posted its first results since its flotation, signalling a profit of £3.3m in just over one month.
The report, covering 6 November until the end of December, also detailed the performance of the company since its flotation in March 2015.
The company’s portfolio of 120 properties was valued at £403.7m helping the net asset value rise to 107.8p per share.
This gave Regional REIT a net initial yield of 7.6% across the portfolio.
The results also detailed £120.5m of acquisitions since listing and disposals of £27.4m.
