Regional REIT has raised £62.5m as part of a capital raising, surpassing a £50m target set in June.
New shares were issued at 106.5p each.
Stephen Inglis, chief executive of its asset manager, Officer of London & Scottish Property Investment Management, said the proceeds will support a “substantial pipeline” of near-term, regional investment opportunities.
