Regis Group has appointed Topland’s Mark Snape as investment director.
Snape will be responsible for growing the company’s UK-wide freehold ground rent, residential and commercial property portfolios.
Mark was previously investment director at Topland Group, which he joined in 2008 after 15 years as a director with Rotch Group.
Additionally, Regis has appointed Capital & Counties’ Beatrix Bennett as senior management accountant.
