Regus launches first serviced-office centre at Heathrow

Regus has launched the first fully-serviced office centre at Heathrow Airport, taking 1,300 sq m (14,000 sq ft) of ground floor space in phase 1 of BAAs World Business Centre development.

WBC is scheduled for completion next year when it will offer 21,550 sq m (231,970 sq ft) within the perimeter of the airport next to the northern runway, integrated with the airports IT infrastructure and connected to the terminals by shuttle bus. The first phase building will be ready next month.

Regus already has serviced office centres at Birmingham and Manchester airports in the UK and at Amsterdam, Brussels, Bremen, Berlin and Paris airports. Executive chairman Mark Dixon said the Heathrow site was one of the companys most important. “The World Business Centre provides a prestigious location and an opportunity to meet the needs of international businesses which require instant access to fully-serviced office accomodation at Heathrow.”

Rogers Chapman is marketing WBC for BAA.
