Regus moves HQ to Switzerland

RegusServiced office group Regus is moving its head office to Switzerland and will create a new holding company named International Workplace Group, which will be incorporated in Jersey.

The move to Switzerland is in part to take advantage of the company being outside the EU and in response to uncertainty following the Brexit referendum.

From May: Regus posts revenue rise

In a company statement it said that the changes reflected the “continuing progression of the Regus Group in its provision of a broad spectrum of flexible work solutions across multiple brands”.

International Workplace Group will have its first listing on the main market of the London Stock Exchange and is also expected to be included in the FTSE’s UK Index Series.

All of the Regus directors will be appointed to the IWG board.
