Expanding serviced office operator Regus has taken 1,022 sq m (11,000 sq ft) at University Gate in Park Row, Bristol – its second building in the city.
The company has signed a 10-year lease at a headline rent of £193.75 per sq m (£18 per sq ft), although there are understood to be incentives. Regus already has offices in Aztec West, north Bristol.
Grimley advised the landlord, Bristol University, while Regus was unrepresented.
