REIT Asset Management secures Gateshead lettings

REIT Asset Management has secured two further lettings at its 1m sq ft Follingsby Park industrial development in Gateshead.
DHL has signed a 10-year lease for 21,341sq ft at £4.75 per sq ft, whilst Drake & Farrel, a subsidiary of Dutch packaging firm Marupak, has taken a six-year lease on 12,131sq ft at £5 per sq ft.
A deal for a further 40,000 sq ft with a food manufacturer is expected imminently.
The 110-acre Follingsby Park was bought by REIT Asset Management in August 2007.
