Target Healthcare REIT has announced it has purchased a 40,000 sq ft care home from Hastings Court for £8m.
The property, located in East Sussex, includes 80 bedrooms and will be leased to operator Hastings Court for 35 years. The transaction represents an initial yield of more than 7%.
Burford Care Homes represented Hastings Court; Walton HPC acted for Target Healthcare.
