Developer Related has hired Timur Galen from Goldman Sachs to take charge of the development of over 7m sq ft of office space at its Hudson Yards project in west Manhattan.
The Hudson Yards project covers a 28 acre site, and will comprise 17.4m sq ft of housing and office space.
