Russian investment bank Renaissance Capital has hired former Goldman Sachs real estate banker Jeppe de Boer as its new head of Investment Banking Real Estate.
At Goldman Sachs, de Boer was the founder of the European real estate advisory team and advised on some of the largest real estate transactions in Europe including the €12bn (£8.6bn) merger between Rodamco Europe and Unibail.

Before Goldman Sachs, de Boer was the lead European real estate analyst at ABN Amro and an investment consultant at CB Richard Ellis.
