Renaker Build has unveiled plans for a 188-home residential scheme in Castlefield, Manchester.
The scheme includes one, two and three-bed apartments and penthouses on the 0.9 acre plot at 2-4 Chester Road within two blocks of eight and 21 storeys.
The plans also call for improvements to the Chester Road and Castlefield Basin public realm that include hard and soft landscaping and new pedestrian links.
The scheme is designed by OMI architects with planning advice provided by Deloitte Real Estate.
