Renaker Build has unveiled plans for a 188-home development in Castlefield, Manchester.
The scheme includes one-, two- and three-bedroom flats and penthouses on a 0.9-acre plot at 2-4 Chester Road in two blocks of eight and 21 storeys.
The proposals also include improvements to the Chester Road and Castlefield Basin public realm, with landscaping and new pedestrian links.
The scheme was designed by OMI Architects. Deloitte Real Estate provided planning advice.
