Renaker Build’s AQ Investments has received planning permission for a 44-storey residential tower in Salford, Greater Manchester.
Exchange Court will comprise 349 flats with residents’ amenities including lounge, roof garden, gymnasium, full-time concierge and basement parking.
Construction is due to start in June with completion expected in December 2018.
Renaker is already constructing 1,600 flats across four other sites at Greengate, Cambridge Street, Regent Road and Wilburn Basin in Salford and Manchester.
It also has a large pipeline of proposed developments including the Owen Street residential scheme of around 1,400 flats across four buildings.
