Rensburg Sheppards Investment Management has signed a 10-year lease with Threadneedle Investments for offices in Guildford.
Rensburg, now part of Investec Bank, has leased the 3,290 sq ft Billings unit at a rent of £65,000 pa.
The building is part of the Low Carbon Workplace initiative, which requires properties and tenants to comply with green initiatives.
