Catalonian property group Corporación Renta Antigua has acquired a luxury apartment block in Madrid from Metrovacesa in the Orense and Basilica area of the city, near Azca business estate and the Paseo de Castellana. The deal is worth around €55m. Renta Antigua intends to renovate the building and sell the flats off on an individual basis.
