Traditional office leases can cost small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) 78% more than serviced office space, a report claims.
The true cost of the flexible office survey by the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply based its findings on cost profiles for serviced office space provided by Regus, the world’s largest serviced office group.
The survey said savings of between 2-62% could be achieved in high-cost areas such as the City of London, while savings of between 14-91% can be achieved in lower-cost areas such as central Birmingham.
