Deliveroo is to open a 10,000 sq ft recruitment centre at Trilogy and LaSalle Investment Management’s Republic, E14.
The online food delivery company, which raised $275m (£225m) last year to support its ambitious global expansion plans, will move 100 staff to the Docklands building.
Designed by the team of architects behind the Alphabeta Building, EC2, Republic is a refurbishment of four post-modern buildings bought from Criterion Capital in 2015 for £170m. Deliveroo’s letting deal is the fourth workspace letting at the 600,000 sq ft scheme, which is being redeveloped as a creative and tech business campus. CBRE and Allsop are leasing agents on Republic.
