Three occupiers are searching for space totalling over 11,148 sq m (120,000 sq ft) in Bristol, bringing a welcome boost to the city’s office market.
A professional firm advised by Lambert Smith Hampton is tentatively searching for around (80,000 sq ft) in the city centre, although LSH stressed that the requirement is in its early stages. The unnamed client already has offices in Bristol.
Gooch & Wagstaff’s West End team is looking for 2,322 sq m (25,000 sq ft) for an occupier thought to be from the technology sector. The company is considering both town centre and business park locations.
And NatWest, advised by Grimley, has a requirement for around 1,718 sq m (18,500 sq ft). The search is part of the bank’s retail transfer programme under which the company is consolidating its small High Street offices into larger blocks.
