Former Ballymore Properties director Tim Farrow’s firm is to sell an £85m residential-led redevelopment opportunity at 1 Lambeth High Street, SE1.
RER London has appointed JLL and Levy Real Estate to sell the Royal Pharmaceutical Society’s former HQ, which has consent for a BDP-designed 94,000 sq ft scheme comprising 55 luxury flats, 14 affordable homes, and 7,900 sq ft of shops and a gym.
Offers over £25m are sought.
