Resi plan for Liverpool square

plans-THUMB.jpegElliot Lawless is proposing a £40m plan to transform Liverpool’s Wolstenholme Square into a residential-led project.

Alongside 370 flats, the developer wants to build retail and leisure uses across five blocks in the Ropewalk area of the city. Included would be a new venue for the Cream nightclub.

Falconer Chester Hall designed the proposals, which would include blocks of up to 10 storeys.

Lawless’s Elliot Group has also recently secured planning permission for a £130m residential project at the historic Heap’s Rice Mill, after overcoming local resistance in partnership with the council.
