Residential Secure Income has raised £15m in a share placing.
The REIT currently has a portfolio of 3,050 properties, valued at £351m.
Ben Fry, head of housing at asset manager Gresham House, said the proceeds will, together with existing capital resources and ultra-long term debt facility, “allow us to fully finance the £39m of accretive shared ownership transactions which are currently in legals”.
