Plans for a trio of residential towers in Reading, Berkshire, have been unveiled by Lochailort Investments.
The Swan Heights project – which went out to public consultation this week – will provide 350 flats in a mix of tenures.
The ADAM Architects-designed scheme is proposed on a site next to Reading station, which is undergoing an £895m redevelopment. Lochailort has appointed CBRE to source backers for the project.
