Resolution Property completes Chiswick office deal

Resolution Property has completed the purchase of Vantage London in Chiswick from Columbia Threadneedle for circa £28m.

The 12-storey landmark building on the north side of the Great West Road, West London, Vantage London has 117,263 sq ft of office space.

Tenants include Regus, Cineworld, GL Education, Asurion, Pole to Win, GCS Compliance Services, Metropolis Global, Royal Jordanian Airlines and Worleyparsons Europe. 

Oliver Jackson, head of UK investment at Resolution Property, said: “Brentford East is quickly emerging as a vibrant business and residential quarter, as the area’s regeneration is turbocharged by the construction of Brentford Football Club’s new stadium and an additional 1,000 associated homes for the area.

“The purchase of Vantage London continues to demonstrate Resolution’s strategy of identifying high quality real estate in upcoming areas that are often overlooked by other investors, and our ability to source and execute interesting opportunities in what is undoubtedly a challenging political and economic backdrop in the UK.”
