Michelin-starred Texture has now signed a deal for a 20-year lease for its restaurant 28-50 at 17-19 Marylebone Lane, W1.
Founders Agnar Sverrisson and Xavier Rousset have agreed an initial rent of £115,000 per annum with a 12-month rent free period for the 2,206 sq ft.
It will be the second 28-50 to open, with its sister already at 140 Fetter Lane, EC4.
Landlord Howard de Walden Estate was advised by CWM; Davis Coffer Lyons acted for the tenant.
