Restaurant chains sign up at Innox

National restaurant chains Frankie & Benny’s and Prezzo have signed up to Innox Riverside in Trowbridge, Wiltshire.

Frankie & Benny’s has taken 4,500 sq ft on a 15-year lease, and Prezzo is to open 4,000 sq ft on a 20-year lease.

Prorsus’ 155,000 sq ft scheme has secured tenants for three shops on the site in addition to the 77,000 sq ft Morrisons food store and Cineworld anchoring the scheme. A further two restaurants are also under offer, with deals expected to be concluded in the next few weeks.

A detailed planning application for the project was submitted to Wiltshire council on 25 November. Subject to planning permission, construction is scheduled to begin in the summer.

Angus Horner, managing director of Prorsus, said: “We continue to have detailed discussions with a number of operators for the remaining units and it will not be long before I can announce more big names. With guaranteed funding, all we need is planning permission before we can start to build out the scheme.”
