Capital & Regional has agreed deals with Nandos and Real China to open restaurants at the Kingfisher Shopping Centre in Redditch.
Nandos and Real China will both take 4,000 sq ft restaurants in the 920,000 sq ft mall’s soon to be created leisure quarter called the Hub.
They have agreed 15-year leases and join a seven-screen Vue cinema and a 16,000 sq ft Pure Gym at the Hub.
Capital & Regional retail asset manager Iain Minto said: “The interest we have received from leading restaurant operators demonstrates the strong demand for catering space in Redditch.
“There is a clear consumer requirement for an improved leisure provision in the town and these lettings will enable us to deliver this, meeting the demands of our catchment.”
Jackson Criss, Kitchen La Frenais Morgan and Davis Coffer Lyons are the leasing agents at the Kingfisher Shopping Centre.
