All Bar One and Burger & Lobster will mark their debut in Aberdeen at the £107m Marischal Square scheme.
The restaurants join Marriott, which will operate a 126-bedroom Residence Inn hotel at the office-led development by Muse Developments, Aviva Investors and Aberdeen city council.
The Halliday Fraser Munro-designed scheme includes two office buildings totalling 173,500 sq ft, seven restaurants and a civic square. Completion is due in July 2017. Ryden and CBRE are letting agents.
