Aviva Investors and British Land have signed three restaurant brands and a retailer at SouthGate in Bath.
Smash Burger and Spanish chef Omar Allibhoy’s Tapas Revolution will open restaurants at the shopping centre.
Pret A Manger has also signed for space, as has cosmetics retailer MAC, which will open its first standalone store in the region at the centre.
Tapas Revolution will open at the newly developed Little SouthGate restaurant quarter, joining Thaikhun, Comptoir Libanais and Absurd Bird. The restaurant quarter is now fully let.
All four restaurant brands locating in Little SouthGate are new to the city.
Cushman & Wakefield and Bruce Gillingham Pollard advised Aviva Investors and British Land.
