Estates Gazette and EuroProperty have teamed up to test retail sentiment across Europe.
The latest quarterly survey, sponsored by Multi Development, will track confidence among developers, investors and retailers.
Previous quarterly surveys showed that the property industry believed retail development would not begin again until 2013 at the earliest. Given the sovereign debt crisis and economic malaise gripping much of Europe, has that picture worsened? The results of this latest poll will be revealed ahead of MAPIC next month.
This short survey will take only a few minutes to complete and the results will be covered in future publications and online.
