Plans for an expanded Waterloo Station, SE1, have been approved by Lambeth Council.
LCR, the Department for Transport, and Network Rail will bring Waterloo International, the former Eurostar terminus, back into use after almost a decade.
Some 135,000 sq ft of shops will be created across three floors.
Cushman & Wakefield and Union Street Partners are leasing agents for LCR.
