ITT London & Edinburgh has sold a retail warehouse investment at Clifton Moor in York, Yorkshire for £7m.
The 4,859 sq m (52,300 sq ft) unit on a 1.68ha (4.14acres) site is let to B&Q for another 21 years at £414,00pa. The investment deal reflects an 5.89% initial yield with a rent review due next year. There is parking for 275 cars.
