WH Smith and Asda have both signed for click and collect shops at Oxford Properties’ GreenPark in Reading.
The pair have signed for around 1,60 0sq ft each at 250 South Oak Way, paying in the region of £10 per sq ft.
WH Smith has agreed a 10-year lease, and Asda has signed for five years.
Chris Carter Keall, vice-president of Oxford Properties, said: “We’re committed to making life easier for those that work in and around GreenPark by providing best-in-class amenities. Occupiers and visitors to the park will be able to enjoy all the new shopping services shortly, with both stores opening before Christmas.”
Lambert Smith Hampton represented Oxford on the Asda lease. All other parties were unrepresented for the rest of the deals.
