Standard Life Investments has agreed lettings to Jack Wills and Calzedonia at its schemes in Newbury, Berkshire, and Brighton.
Standard Life Investments Pooled Pension Property Fund has signed a deal with Jack Wills to open a 6,000 sq ft store at Parkway shopping centre in Newbury.
Standard Life Investments UK Shopping Centre Trust has completed a deal with Calzedonia, the Italian swimwear and hosiery brand, to open a 1,900 sq ft store, its first outside London, at Churchill Square shopping centre in Brighton.
Both retailers have signed 10-year leases and expect to open stores later this year.
