Guardian Assurance are spending £6.5m upgrading Dunlop House, 19-22 St James’s Street, SW1.
The partial rebuilding and renovation is being done by Trafalgar House’s subsidiary Trollope & Colls, and will result in 76,391 sq ft of offices with a basement wine bar.
Completion is scheduled for May 1987.
Barrington Laurance and Conway Relf Stanton are the joint agents.
