Retroscreen Virology has signed for 41,000 sq ft of space at the Chesterford Research Park, Cambridge.
The medical research company will take the whole of the Emmanuel House building, which is currently let to Pfizer until 2022, at a rent of £20.2 per sq ft.
Pfizer is moving out of the space as it is no longer needed for research operations, according to an industry source.
JLL and Bidwells acted as joint agents on the letting.
Retroscreen specialises in developing drugs and vaccines for respiratory diseases including flu, and specialises in running trials on human volunteers.
