The Reuben Brothers are to sell the former 78,066 sq ft Metropolitan Police office block on the Albert Embankment.
JLL has been appointed to sell the now-vacant Tintagel House, SE1. The riverfront property has potential for a office refurbishment.
It will be the latest attempt for the owners to sell the 0.82-acre site, after it was put up for sale in 2012. Appetite for the asset is expected to be much stronger now, with high rents in the area as well as large occupier demand.
It is held on a long leasehold from the Duchy of Cornwall that expires in 2083. The head rent is currently £375,525 pa and it will be next reviewed in 2024.
Offers in excess of £20m are sought for the building.
