The In and Out Club’s former Piccadilly premises could become a palatial home under plans submitted to Westminster council.
David and Simon Reuben hope to turn the Grade I-listed building opposite Green Park, central London, into a 48-room residence that would be the most expensive home in Britain, estimated at £214m. Paul Davis + Partners is the project’s architect. The billionaire brothers plan another house at 95 Piccadilly, next door, and six luxury flats on another part of the site.
