A new ranking of 60 flexible office brands across the UK has revealed the leading names in the growing sector.
WeWork, Regus and Workspace landed in the top three spots in the research from flex consultancy Spaces to Places.
The London Flex Brand Index Report analysed 22.5m sq ft across 686 locations operated by 60 brands. As well as size and number of locations, it looked at first-half data on amenity per location, Google Business Profile ratings, how often brand names were searched for online, and the size of a company’s social media following.
Zoe Ellis-Moore, founder of Spaces to Places, said: “In an era of destination workplaces, we have moved beyond soulless and faceless offices. Today, brand strength and direct connections with end-users are paramount, as Google’s evolving algorithms favour providers with credibility over aggregators and brokers.”
The top 10 performers were:
- WeWork
- Regus (IWG)
- Workspace
- Fora
- Runway East
- Uncommon
- Spaces (IWG)
- Halkin
- Landmark Spaces
- Work.Life
