Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is to market Sotheby’s World Headquarters on Manhattan’s Upper East Side.
Commercial property investor RFR Holding has exclusively retained JLL to market the 470,000 sq ft auction house located at 1334 York Avenue.
Tom Beneville and Nat Rockett of JLL’s New York investment sales team will spearhead the marketing efforts in conjunction with Noble Carpenter of the firm’s international capital group.
Beneville said: “Manhattan offers investors one of the most exclusive, stable, sought after, and supply-constrained real estate markets in the world.
“The property is surrounded by the world’s leading medical facilities and some of Manhattan’s most expensive residential real estate.
“Together these market conditions and lease characteristics will drive valuation of the property.”
