Rhys Davies Logistics has taken 51,360 sq ft of space at the former City Link hub in Taffs Well, South Wales.
The freight logistics company has signed a 10-year lease at Moy Road Industrial Estate where quoting rents are £4.25 psf.
Rhys Davies was formerly based at Unit A on the Moy Road Estate but sought larger premises to expand its South Wales depot.
Rob Ladd of the DTZ industrial agency team in Cardiff, said: “City Link’s former premises presented a strategic opportunity for Rhys Davies to expand its South Wales base while remaining at a very advantageous logistics location.”
DTZ’s Cardiff team acted on behalf of the landlord, Delyn Properties.
